Lawrence Weinstein is a co-founding partner of LaBarge Weinstein, a business law firm. Lawrence's practice today is concentrated primarily in tax, corporate law and commercial law. His practise since co-founding the firm has been concentrated in mergers and acquisitions as well as in corporate fianance. Lawrence has been involved, on behalf of private high tech start-ups, in structuring and leading numerous domestic and cross border (Canada/US) transactions with major public companies including Cisco, Lucent, Sun Microsystems and many more. In addition, Lawrence acts as director or officer of numerous private high tech companies.
