Dr. Seon J. Chung was born January 6, 1943 in Korea and received BSEE in 1964 from Seoul National University and Ph.D.EE from Penn State University in 1976. He worked in Control Data, St. Paul, Minnesota and Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas for 11 years and served as President of ETRI in Korea from 1998 to 2001 and currently professor of Information & Communication University, Korea. His research interest includes Satellite Communication Systems and Service , and Multimedia Network.
